Job Summary:

As a Media Manager, you will plan and execute media strategies, monitor campaign performance, and manage assigned budgets to support the Head of Media in executing various campaigns. The role requires a highly motivated individual who can meet strict deadlines and ensure all media activities align with the company's standards and vision.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the media agency team to develop integrated media plans across multiple channels(TV, Digital, OOH, Print, Cinema etc).

Plan, execute, and monitor media campaigns in line with brand and business objectives.

Lead the planning and execution of BTL initiatives and brand activation campaigns.

Coordinate closely with Brand teams, City teams, and external agencies to plan and deliver city-level and localized campaigns.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse campaign outcomes, and optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage financial reconciliation, including invoice verification, budget tracking, and timely vendor payments.

Build and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaign delivery.

Monitor market trends, media innovations, and competitive activity to inform planning and strategy.

Stay up to date with the latest media trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

6+ years of overall experience, including at least 2 years within a Tech or CPG advertiser's media team.

Proven experience in executing large-scale campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of current media trends, practices, and industry developments.

Familiarity with industry tools such as BARC, TGI, IRS, etc

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
