Media Head (Sales-Oriented)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day agency leadership to reduce dependency on firefighting and founder intervention.
• Implement processes, structure, and maturity across accounts, teams, and delivery workflows.
• Mentor mid-to-senior managers and act as a guiding layer for leadership development.
• Govern client relationships, particularly with large or legacy clients, ensuring consistency and satisfaction.
• Oversee team structure, accountability, performance reviews, and discipline.
• Set operational and quality standards for how the agency functions, beyond just output.
• Drive the agency toward institutionalization, scalability, and long-term stability.
