The Impact You'll Drive

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across biddable platforms like DV 360, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
• Monitor campaign KPIs with attention to details with budgets (up to INR 10 Cr), ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Run A/B tests, decode metrics, and offer actionable insights to optimize and scale performance.
• Stay sharp on media trends, platform updates, and evolving ad tech to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with brand and business objectives.

The Skills That Seal the Deal

• 2– 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management.
• Proficiency in DV 360, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools like GA4.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
• Hands on experience with PPT and Excel.
• Exposure to GenAI tools for media planning, reporting and performance benchmarking.
• A mix of left-brain data logic and right-brain creative thinking.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving on the fly.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
