We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to take ownership of Meta Ads performance, lead generation, reporting, and campaign optimization across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
- Monitor daily performance (Spend, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate) and take action
- Maintain structured daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Analyze campaign performance and share insights & improvements
- Track and compare platform leads with CRM (HubSpot) qualified leads
- Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality
- Coordinate with creative team to improve ad performance
- Monitor competitor ads and suggest new ideas
- Manage interns/juniors and ensure reporting discipline

Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in Meta Ads / performance marketing
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
- Comfortable with data, reporting, and analysis
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
