Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to take ownership of Meta Ads performance, lead generation, reporting, and campaign optimization across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation
  • Monitor daily performance (Spend, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate) and take action
  • Maintain structured daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Analyze campaign performance and share insights & improvements
  • Track and compare platform leads with CRM (HubSpot) qualified leads
  • Work closely with sales team to improve lead quality
  • Coordinate with creative team to improve ad performance
  • Monitor competitor ads and suggest new ideas
  • Manage interns/juniors and ensure reporting discipline

Key Success

  • MetricsCPL within target range
  • Cost per Qualified Lead
  • Lead quality (Qualified % improvement)
  • Reporting accuracy and consistency
  • Clear weekly insights and performance improvements

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in Meta Ads / performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
  • Comfortable with data, reporting, and analysis
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
