Media Buyer

Job Summary:

We're looking for a sharp, 3–5 Years experienced, and strategic Media Buying Executive to lead performance campaigns across Meta and Google. This is not just a setup-and-press-play role—we're looking for someone who lives inside ad accounts, loves strategy, and thrives on scaling brands profitably.

What You'll Do

  • Strategy & Planning

● Build full-funnel paid media strategies tailored to the brand's objectives

● Interpret business goals and translate them into actionable media buying frameworks

● Conduct competitor & industry research to identify scalable opportunities

  • Execution & Optimization

● Set up, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

● Manage budgets exceeding $30K/month per account, optimizing daily for ROAS, CAC, and CPL

● Own campaign performance end-to-end, from launch to live optimizations and scaling

  • Analytics, Auditing & CRO

● Audit ad accounts and campaigns using GA4, platform dashboards, and 3rd-party tools

● Provide conversion-focused recommendations using insights from audience behavior, funnel analysis, and CRO best practices

● Collaborate with the dev and design teams to improve landing pages and on-site UX

  • Team Collaboration

● Work cross-functionally with Creative, Copy, and Web teams to ensure all campaign components align

● Suggest data-backed creative formats, messaging angles, and content direction that convert

● Communicate clearly and proactively in performance reviews, internal huddles, and (if required) client meetings

  • What We're Looking For

● 3–5 years experience in performance marketing (agency or brand side)

● Proven success managing 5 to 7 clients per month and managing at least $30K+ monthly budgets per client

● Deep technical expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax) and Meta Ads (CBO, ABO, retargeting, lookalikes, etc.)

● Comfortable with full ad account audits and scaling strategies

● Strong grasp of analytics, attribution, and CRO principles

● Highly collaborative, self-sufficient, and solutions-oriented

● Fluent in English with strong communication skills (written + verbal)

● Experience in international markets (US, UK, AUS, EU)

  • Preferred Tools & Certifications

● Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certified (Preferred)

● Familiar with Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, Meta Pixel Setup, Google Sheets, Heatmaps, Click up, etc.

● Experience using Slack or similar for cross-functional collaboration
