The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive measurable results.
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring project delivery aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Google Ads, and others.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with creative teams for ad copies, graphics, and campaign assets.
- Ensure timely project delivery within the allocated budget.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in digital marketing and performance advertising.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 2 years in Digital Marketing with a focus on Performance Marketing.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns with significant budgets and delivering results.
- Strong knowledge of tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other ad platforms.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
