Media Buyer (Meta Ads)

UAbility helps Indian coaches, consultants and agency owners get high-ticket clients. We build their offer, VSL funnel and ads, then coach them until the funnel brings in clients. 2,500+ clients so far.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

You'll run Meta ads for a pod of our clients and own three numbers:

• Lead quality: every client's lead quality score stays above 40%.
• Launch speed: Ad Manager set up and first ads live fast. No client sits idle waiting on setup.
• Scaling wins: at least 2 documented ad results per client per quarter (first campaign live, first profitable scale, CPL down).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Set up client Ad Managers end to end: pixel, audiences, campaign structure.
• Launch clients and walk them through their first live campaigns.
• Diagnose weak leads and fix the targeting, creative or offer feeding the ads.
• Consult 1-1 and in group sessions on launch, optimisation and scaling.

WHAT WE NEED

• 3+ years in paid acquisition, with daily budgets above Rs 50K.
• You've run lead-gen ads for coaches, consultants, course creators or info businesses (VSL, webinar or call funnels). Not only e-com ROAS.
• You know lead quality, not just CPL, and how Meta's latest changes affect campaign structure.
• Comfortable with GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels or WordPress for pixel and conversion tracking.
• Strong in Google Sheets and clear in written and spoken English.
• You enjoy teaching, and you have a stable track record in full-time roles.

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY

• If the algorithm wasn't working has been your excuse instead of fixing the setup.
• If a client's 9pm my ads stopped spending message is a tomorrow problem.
• If you've changed 3 jobs in 2 years.
