We are looking for a high-performing
Meta Ads Specialist with a deep understanding of the
Search Arbitrage ecosystem
(AFS/RSOC). Your mission is to scale profitable traffic from Facebook and Instagram to high-intent search feeds.
Core Responsibilities
- Meta Campaign Execution: Full-funnel management of Meta Ads, focusing on high-CTR creatives that drive low-cost, high-quality traffic to AFS/RSOC feeds.
- Arbitrage Optimization: Monitor real-time revenue data from search feeds to adjust Meta bids (CBO/ABO) and budgets for maximum daily profit.
- Creative Excellence: Rapidly ideate and test click-worthy ad concepts, headlines, and visuals that bridge the gap between social browsing and search intent.
- Compliance Management: Navigate the strict intersection of Meta's Advertising Policies and Google's AFS/RSOC compliance requirements.
- Data Analysis: Use internal tracking and third-party tools to identify winning keywords, interests, and demographics.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of experience managing significant daily spends on Meta Ads specifically for Search Arbitrage.
- Metrics-Driven: Deep understanding of CPC, RPC, CTR, and ROAS.
- Technical Savvy: Experience with tracking parameters, redirect loops, and landing page optimization for RSOC.
- Agility: Ability to react quickly to margin fluctuations and platform policy changes.
