Role Overview

We are seeking a performance-oriented Media Buyer with expertise in lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns focused on generating quality leads while maintaining strong ROI and conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • TikTok Ads
    • Other digital advertising platforms
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum lead quality and volume.
Performance Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on:
    • CPL (Cost Per Lead)
    • CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
    • ROAS
    • Conversion rates
  • Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Audience & Creative Strategy

  • Conduct audience research and targeting optimization.
  • Perform A/B testing on:
    • Ad creatives
    • Ad copies
    • Landing pages
    • CTAs and audience segments
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for high-converting ad creatives.
Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance using analytics and tracking tools.
  • Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to improve lead quality.

Market Research & Growth

  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices.
  • Explore new lead generation channels and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or media buying.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads
    • TikTok Ads
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.
  • Experience managing and scaling paid advertising budgets.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and optimization skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills

  • Experience in international lead generation campaigns.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking systems.
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and funnel strategy.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or tracking platforms.
