About the role:

In this pivotal role, you will become a maestro of media buying, wielding your expertise to:

  • Plan and Execute Campaigns: Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
  • Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI, adjusting strategies and bids accordingly.
  • Conduct Market Research: Identify target audiences and keep up with trends to ensure campaigns reach the right demographics.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently across various campaigns to achieve optimal performance.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches.
  • Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach specific audience segments and improve campaign relevance.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to align campaign strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience in digital marketing or related field
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic ad platforms. (Certifications from GHL, Meta, and Google are a plus!)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex strategies and campaign results with clarity and professionalism.
  • A meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless campaign execution.
