Role Description

We are looking for a skilledMechatronics Technical Support Engineerwith hands-on experience inproject implementation / project site management. This works requires travel across India at multiple work locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Site study and do basic application analysis
• Installation & Commissioning of Electro-Mechanical systems
• Perform system commissioning and integration
• Trouble shooting
• Diagnose and resolve field issues quickly
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers
• Provide customer needed service support

Technical Skills Required

• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Site study, and issue guidelines for site preparations
• Prepare technical notes and reports
• Lead a team of skilled / semi-skilled technicians at worksites
• Troubleshooting
• Strong focus on mechanics and electro-mechanical engineering
• Installation, testing and commissioning of automation, mechanical systems
• Knowledge of robotics, robotic welding is helpful

Preferred Experience Minimum 1 Year

• Machine automation / manufacturing industry
• Installation & commissioning and field support experience
• Exposure
• Exposure to welding/production lines
• Troubleshooting
• Project site work
• Work experience of minimum of 1 year and up to about 5 years is preferred.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechatronics & Robotics Engineer based in Bengaluru. The technician will be responsible for ensuring implementation of strong safe and efficient work site ethics and systems. You should conduct regular inspections, and ensuring all machinery operates efficiently and safely. Knowledge of preparing efficient and correct technical work reports is important.

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechatronics
• Exceptionally capable and experienced ITI/NTTF trained candidates can also apply.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for site support
• Good communication skills

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechatronics Technician/Engineer based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for installation, testing, commissioning and maintaining advanced mechatronic systems and components at our customer's plants. Day-to-day tasks will include site visits, site study, site preparation supervision, troubleshooting and repairing machinery, conducting routine preventative maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety and performance standards. The role also involves configuring automation systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated on advancements in automation and mechatronics technologies. The job requires travel to different work sites across India.

You will be responsible for safe working and safe work practices at work sites by our skilled / semi-skilled / unskilled workers.
