Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Mechatronics Engineer for an on-site position based in Surat, India. The Mechatronics Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing advanced mechatronic systems for our equipment and machinery. The role involves integrating mechanical, electronic, and software systems to optimize performance, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement precision fixtures for machining, setup, fabrication and assembly processes.
  • Integrate sensors and actuators to enable real-time monitoring and adaptive control.
  • Deploy IoT-enabled devices for predictive maintenance, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate on smart factory initiatives, ensuring seamless connectivity between machines, fixtures, and enterprise systems.
  • Apply machine learning algorithms to analyse production data, detect anomalies, and improve process efficiency.
  • Develop models for predictive quality control and adaptive machining strategies.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to implement scalable solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement projects aligned with Industry 4.0 standards.
  • Strong foundation in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics, along with proficiency in CAD software and design tools
  • Skills in system modeling, control systems, and simulation techniques
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or PLC programming for automation
  • Knowledge of sensors, actuators, robotics, and industrial automation
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and debugging skills with a detail-oriented approach to technical challenges
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Qualification & Experience:

  • Educational background in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields (Bachelor's degree required; Master's is a plus)
  • 0 to 3 experience in equipment manufacturing or process industries is advantageous

Location: Maroli, Surat, Gujarat

Working hours: 8:30 Am to 6:00 PM - Monday to Friday
