Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhubaneswar for a Mechanical Trainer. The Mechanical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, creating and maintaining training materials, and conducting workshops to improve technical skills in the domain of mechanical engineering. The role involves evaluating trainees performance, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring their readiness for industry roles. Additionally, fostering a collaborative and educational environment will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Thorough knowledge of mechanical engineering concepts, such as design, thermodynamics, manufacturing processes, and automation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deliver effective training and engage trainees.
  • Hands-on experience with mechanical tools, CAD software, and other technical resources relevant to mechanical training.
  • Ability to assess individual and group learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Passion for skill development and a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is highly desirable.
