Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Supervisor located in Nagpur, India.

The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee daily operations at designated sites, including coordinating and managing mechanical installations, commissioning processes, and maintenance tasks.

Main responsibilities include conducting inspections, managing preventive maintenance, supervising a team of technicians, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to throughout the workflow.

Job Requirements:

Strong Supervisory Skills for managing teams, assigning tasks, and overseeing project execution effectively.

Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management to ensure optimal operational functionality.

Proficiency in Maintenance and Inspection to identify, address, and prevent potential issues.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations.

Proficient in laser alignment, knowledge of rotary and static alignment.

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar supervisory role.

Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
