Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage mechanical maintenance and repair activities for machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all mechanical operations.
- Lead a team of technicians and engineers to achieve maintenance goals and improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in mechanical supervision or maintenance roles.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in mechanical operations.
