We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Rotating Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design, analysis, and maintenance of rotating machinery. This role will involve collaborating with various teams to optimize performance and reliability of mechanical systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze rotating equipment systems including pumps, compressors, and turbines.
- Conduct failure analysis and troubleshooting for rotating machinery.
- Prepare technical documentation including specifications, reports, and manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and compliance with standards.
- Conduct performance testing and reliability assessments of rotating equipment.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for rotating machinery.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 6-12 years of experience in mechanical rotating equipment engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) for equipment design.
- Strong understanding of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics principles.
- Experience with vibration analysis and condition monitoring techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (API, ASME, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
