Mechanical Project Lead

Key Deliverables:

• Own and manage all Mechanical Engineering (ME) deliverables post-program award across product lifecycle (Gate 2 to Gate 8)
• Develop and maintain MDO project plans in JIRA including epics, stories, tasks, and resource forecasts
• Drive technical design reviews (TDRs), DFMEAs, and ME risk mitigation strategies
• Support tool design, validation, and customer DCR implementation through coordination with suppliers and cross-functional teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as single point of contact for ME deliverables across programs
• Ensure ME execution aligns with Visteon standards (VistWay, VPDS)
• Track project status in JIRA and report to ME leadership
• Support internal/external audits and process tailoring based on project needs
