We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager - Mechanical Maintenance to lead mechanical reliability and maintenance operations at our Coke Oven Plant in Mundra, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Maintenance & Equipment Reliability

• Ensure effective maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic equipment through structured and predictive maintenance programs.
• Improve equipment availability and operational reliability, while minimizing breakdowns.

Maintenance Planning & Systems

• Implement and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules in the SAP PM module
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure timely execution of scheduled maintenance activities.

Spares & Inventory Management

• Maintain optimum spares inventory in line with standard maintenance norms.
• Ensure timely availability of critical spare parts to avoid operational downtime.

Operations Support

• Oversee CAPEX and OPEX maintenance jobs related to mechanical systems.
• Ensure efficient resource utilization across maintenance operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• BE / B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
• Exceptional candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may also be considered
• BE Mechanical: 5-6 years of relevant experience
• Diploma in Mechanical: 7-9 years of relevant experience
• Experience in steel, coke oven, heavy industrial, or metallurgical plant environments
• Hands-on experience in coke oven battery mechanical maintenance is a mandatory requirement

Location: Mundra, Gujarat

Compensation: Up to 7.0 LPA + Performance-Linked Bonus
