Job Description

Job Summary

Oversee and coordinate M&E works by liaising with main contractors, supervising compliance with contract drawings, and preparing detailed reports to ensure project schedules and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with main contractors to plan and monitor M&E work progress to meet project deadlines
  • Supervise M&E works to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications
  • Prepare detailed correspondence reports recommending corrective actions or value-added improvements based on best practices
  • Maintain accurate daily work records, including documenting additional work claims from clients and subcontracts
  • Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties to support project execution

Required competencies and certifications

  • Background in M&E works with a degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 1 years of work experience with knowledge in M&E systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to work 6 days per week and shifts during critical project phases

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
