Mechanical Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an Application Engineer with experience in diesel engine development and validation for off-road construction equipment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in testing and optimizing engine performance while collaborating with a team of experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and document development and validation tests for diesel engines.
• Analyze engine performance and reliability data, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during engine development and testing phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and performance goals.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience with diesel engines, especially in the off-road construction equipment industry.

• Skills:
• Strong understanding of diesel engine systems and components.
• Ability to plan, conduct, and analyze tests for engine performance and durability.
• Basic knowledge of tools like MATLAB/Simulink, AVL PUMA, or other engine testing tools (preferred).
