CAE Analyst (HV System)

Qualification: ME / M.Tech / BE : Electronics / Electrical

Experience Range: 4 to 6 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform HV Power network Simulations - electronic circuits, subsystems, and full systems (signal integrity, power integrity)
• Optimize stack-ups, grounding, shielding, filtering, and decoupling.
• Conduct post-layout verification and prepare validation reports.
• Correlate simulation results with lab test data.
• Ensure compliance with HV standards
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Electronics best practices.

Must Have:

Hands-on experience in HV simulations Electrical short circuit, capacitance CY/CX calculation, equipotential bonding system, etc.

HV circuit simulation tools: MATLAB/Simulink and Simscape

Hands-on HV troubleshooting and failure analysis.

Good problem-solving skills and making using of first principles to approach a problem.

Good to Have:

Experience in scripting and automation to streamline simulation workflows.

Familiarity with experimental validation of numerical simulations.

Experience in simulation methodology & process development.

Automotive industry experience with OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
