Contribute to NPD projects through all phases from concept to production ramp-up, ensuring requirements, timelines, and key deliverables are met.
Prepare cost effective concepts using latest CAD software (Creo) & support design through engineering calculations/simulations.
Use ERP systems to manage Bills of Materials, ECO, workflows, and documentation.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and operations to ensure the design detail is effectively transferred to meet the production.

Strong ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts in a fastmoving technical environment.(Adopt AI, support to faster design cycle)
Hands on experience with simulation tools using Ansys/Solidwork for FEA/CFD
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
BE/ME/Tool maker with Graduation in Mechanical Engineering.
Min. 2 to 5 years experience in Product Design & development.
Well known to material selection
Well known to manufacturing processes: Plastics, Castings, Sheet metal etc.
