JOB DESCRIPTION
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Contribute to NPD projects through all phases from concept to production ramp-up, ensuring requirements, timelines, and key deliverables are met.
- Prepare cost effective concepts using latest CAD software (Creo) & support design through engineering calculations/simulations.
- Use ERP systems to manage Bills of Materials, ECO, workflows, and documentation.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and operations to ensure the design detail is effectively transferred to meet the production.

- Ability to perform engineering calculations and apply core mechanical engineering & manufacturing principles.
- Prepare cost effective concepts using latest CAD software (Preferred-Creo)
- Strong ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts in a fastmoving technical environment.(Adopt AI, support to faster design cycle)
- Hands on experience with simulation tools using Ansys/Solidwork for FEA/CFD
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- BE/ME/Tool maker with Graduation in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 2 to 5 years experience in Product Design & development.
- Well known to material selection
- Well known to manufacturing processes: Plastics, Castings, Sheet metal etc.
