Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Lead, Mumbai

The project:

This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.

You'll be responsible for:

Deliver MEP engineering activities within the project team, ensuring strong coordination and collaboration.
Analyse and manage MEP design completion, applying engineering expertise and Mace processes.
Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, managing interfaces across all MEP packages.
Build effective relationships with clients and design and construction partners to ensure assured delivery.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans while adopting modern methods, digital tools and prefabrication.
Embed Mace standards and contribute to netzero carbon goals through proactive delivery and oversight.

You'll need to have:

Degree qualification is essential with 10-15 years experience.
Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
