Qualification
- Certification from trade school- ITI Draughtsman (Mechanical) course approved with the NCVT (National Council Vocational Training)
Skills
- Good knowledge of Mill house & Process House equipment mainly for Sugar Industries
- Drawing skills to transform an original design into usable schematics, diagrams, workflow layouts and other technical drawings.
- Ability to assist other professionals in adjusting their design ideas to fit construction parameters.
- Experience within Solution Design
- Ability to learn quickly
- Experience of all aspects of the software development lifecycle
- Experience in reviewing and selecting Technical and Applications
- Ability to work within pressurized environments while making decisive decisions
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems
- Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations
- Communicating with engineers and other professionals, and integrating the acquired knowledge into drawings
- Preparing, reviewing, and redrafting in collaboration with the engineering team
- Prepare detailed working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information.
- Produce 3D visual product models, blueprints and templates.
