Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Mechanical Design Manager. The responsibilities include leading and managing the design and development of mechanical systems and components, overseeing project timelines and budgets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality criteria. The Mechanical Design Manager will also provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring the seamless execution of projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with electroplating/ultrasonic cleaning/industrial cleaning plants
• Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Expertise in Design Management and Machine Design
• Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles and methodologies
• Experience in Team Management and the ability to lead and mentor others
• Proficiency in Project Management, including project planning, execution, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach
• Background in handling industrial systems design or similar projects is advantageous
• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline is required
