Mechanical Design Engineer

Education:

BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech Mechanical / Process / Thermal Engineering or equivalent (Full time)

Experience:

Minimum 8 to 12 yrs of experience Design / Detailed / Thermal Engineering domains in Thermal Power Plants.

Job Profile:

1. Should have at least one project of Combined cycle project Detail Engineering,
2. Should have detailed engineering of Boiler / HRSG, Air Preheater, Casings, ESP, Chimney, Boiler Ducting Such as Air Ducting, Flue Gas Ducting, Dampers, Expansion Bellow, etc
3. Should have experience in Thermal system design, Heat Exchanger / Boiler / HRSG design, Thermodynamic calculations, preparation of HMBD, P&IDs, Power Plant Boiler Auxiliaries Static & Rotating equipment sizing
4. Should have knowledge on pressure parts arrangement/material selection.
5. Should have knowledge of applicable engineering Codes & Standards, systems, design guides, applicable rules & regulations, statutory norms.
6. Should have experience in Preparation of CCPP Basic & Detailed engineering deliverables

Candidates from Detailed Engineering Consultancy Firms / OEM Design House are preferred.
