Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, a passion for innovation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed mechanical designs and engineering drawings using CAD software (e.g., PTC Creo, SolidWorks and AutoCAD/ Ares).
- Conduct design analysis and simulations to verify and validate design concepts.
- Participate in prototype development, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure designs meet specifications and performance standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures for assembly of the machines.
- Generate Bill of Materials for assembly and procurement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions into designs.
- Assist in project management activities, including timeline development and progress tracking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., PTC Creo, SolidWorks and AutoCAD/ Ares)
- Understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Basic understanding of design calculations.
- Understanding of the assembly processes of machines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
