Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Engineer at our Chennai location. The Senior Design Engineer will lead and oversee the development of innovative engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with the technical requirements and project objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing products, testing prototypes, creating and refining CAD models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal functionality and operational efficiency of designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Engineering and Product Design with a focus on innovative and practical solutions.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Mechanical Engineering principles.
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for developing and refining product designs.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, machine tools, and related engineering applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the automotive, aerospace, or machine tool industry is a plus.
• Knowledge in sheet metal and automation systems is a plus.
