We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Application Engineer to support, demonstrate, and implement our software applications. The role involves working closely with sales, technical, and client teams, including traveling to client locations for product demos, presentations, and implementation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and map them to application features
- Conduct onsite and remote product demonstrations for clients and prospects
- Travel to client locations for demos, training, implementation, and support as required
- Assist sales teams with technical presentations and pre-sales support
- Install, configure, and customize applications based on client needs
- Provide technical training and guidance to end users
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with development teams for resolution
- Prepare technical documentation, demo setups, and user guides
- Gather customer feedback and suggest product improvements
