  1. Excellent in CAD, structural design
  2. Hands on knowledge of Casting design
  3. Hydraulics understandings – vehicle level
  4. Exposure to Hose routing and drawings
  5. Creo and windchill
  6. Large assembly Management
  7. GD&T and production drawing expertise
  8. Good communication
  9. Hydraulics schematics and components knowledge
  10. ECN process knowledge
