Position 1: Mechanical Design Engineer (RPD)

Experience:

• Lead: 6–8 years | B.E. Mechanical / Production
• Team Member: 3–5 years | B.E. Mechanical / Production

Core Responsibilities:

• Kit design & serviceable BOM creation using Creo
• Aftermarket concept development & feasibility
• Production troubleshooting
• FEA, bolted joint & swivel analysis
• Compliance with CAT standards

Skills: Creo 7/10, Teamcenter, GD&T, manufacturing processes

Soft Skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, communication, project management

Position 2: Mechanical Design Engineer (EIC)

Experience:

• Lead: 6–8 years
• Team Member: 3–5 years

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead NPI & CPI initiatives
• Expertise in radiator mounting, engine cooling & engine mounting
• Fuel lines, hose routing & air intake mounting
• Exhaust systems & emission norms
• Machine packaging/integration
• FEA/CFD simulations, testing & validation
• Implement BIQ

Additional Tools: Teamcenter, Creo, Fluid Lines, Creo Simulate, REDI Design Guides

CAD: Minimum 3 years handson Creo experience

Position 3: Engine Casting Design Engineer

Experience: 3–8 years

Responsibilities:

• CAD design of complex casting components using Creo
• Advanced part & surfacing modelling
• Drivetrain components: housings, gears, shafts
• Knowledge of casting, forging & machining processes
• Production & machining drawings with GD&T
• Skeleton modelling, copygeometry, merge inheritance
• Sheet metal design & assemblies
• Basic mechanical calculations

Added Advantage: Windchill knowledge & Creo Simulate exposure
