Mechanical Design Engineer

Hiring: Design & Manufacturing Engineer (Gears & Gearbox)

We are looking for an experienced engineer who can handle end-to-end design and manufacturing — from concept to finished product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design-to-production process for gears and gearbox systems.
• Develop gear mechanisms, chassis, and sheet metal components with proper tolerances.
• Work on mold design, fabrication, and assembly.
• Conduct R&D activities to enhance manufacturability, performance, and innovation.
• Review 3D models, 2D drawings, and guide prototype to mass production.
• Ensure quality standards, cost optimization, and compliance with design requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in relevant design and manufacturing domains.
• Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar).
• Knowledge of sheet metal design, gear systems, and mold development.
• Experience with tolerance analysis and assembly fitment.
• Hands-on exposure to tooling, fabrication, and production line setup is a plus.

Junior Design Engineer (Product & Vehicle Design)

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in concept design and 3D modeling of components and assemblies.
• Support the R&D and production teams with design improvements and documentation.
• Prepare and update 2D drawings for fabrication and assembly.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet feasibility and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Understanding of sheet metal design, tolerances, and mechanical components.
• Eagerness to learn end-to-end design to manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
