Key Responsibilities:

·      Create precise mechanical models in Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project BIM Execution Plan.

·      Must have knowledge of Revit modelling for all Mechanical HVAC & and Plumbing services i.e., loads, static pressure, fixture calculation etc. and family creation.

·      Integrate mechanical design information into the BIM model,

·      Preparation of HAP/TRACE load calculations (Value added).

·      Work with both customer-provided and in-house drawings.

·      Generate plan sections, detailed drawings, spread sheets, bill of materials, hanger lists, Total Station files, and more.

·      Collaborate with other trades, attend coordination meetings, and produce necessary reports.

·      Assist in identifying and resolving clashes in coordination models.

·      Develop detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings.

·      Coordinate and prepare as-built models and drawings for record-keeping.

Qualification:

·      B.E / B.Tech – Mechanical Department

·      Good communication

·      5+years experience

·      Might have Western Country Project and Gulf Country Project experience.
