JOB DESCRIPTION:
- A professional with around 3-5 years of experience in Pharma and FMCG (consumer goods projects of all types) Projects for Civil, structural detailing.
- Software Proficiency - Revit, ACAD, Tekla, Navisworks
- Exposure in BIM 360 platform and knowledge 3d model co-ordination, clash check
- Working experience in US code, Euro code and Indian code detailing, standards
- Well versed with General arrangement drawings preparation for Concrete and Structural steel buildings
- Well versed with Structural steel detailing and connections
- Well versed with Reinforced concrete detailing and bar bending schedule
- Working experience in detailing process/non process buildings, machine foundations, pipe racks, water retaining structure, warehouse projects etc.,
- Working experience in taking BOQ for all types of structures.
- Responsible for quality checks, quality assurance for review meetings and problem resolutions
- Responsible for co-ordination with other inter disciplines like Architectural, water supply, drainage, site infrastructure works, MEP services etc., for cut-out and clash checking
- Good communication skills and capable to manage
- Multiple projects / tasks are required
- Good knowledge in site RFI clarification dynamically
- Willing to travel to job site when the project demands
- Good English communication skills
- Proactive and taking ownership of the project, Leading the detailing part independently with limited review from the Engineer.
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE:
Revit, ACAD, Tekla, Navisworks Exposure in BIM 360 platform and knowledge 3d model.
