Experience - Min. 3+ yrs. in machine , heavy machinery or bolt manufacturing industry as a designer (must knowledge of solid work and auto-cad)

Job Description

Develop detailed 2D and 3D designs for machines, heavy machinery components, and bolts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.

Ensure designs meet technical specifications, client requirements, and industry standards. Create prototypes and conduct functional testing to validate design performance.

Collaborate with production and testing teams to refine designs based on feedback. Modify existing machine and bolt designs to meet specific operational needs.

Innovate new designs to address challenges such as load requirements, durability, and efficiency. Prepare accurate technical drawings and schematics for manufacturing and assembly.

Maintain comprehensive records of design iterations and revisions Generate and update BOMs, specifying materials, dimensions, and manufacturing processes. Ensure designs comply with relevant standards (e.g., ISO, ASME, ASTM, ANSI).

Integrate quality control measures into the design process to reduce production errors. Identify opportunities to streamline the design and manufacturing processes.

Introduce innovations to improve product efficiency and reduce production costs.

Stay informed about advancements in CAD tools, materials, and manufacturing techniques.

Implement new technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
