Summary:
- We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java full-stack development, cloud-native architectures, and exposure to low-code/no-code platforms. The individual will be responsible for leading a team of developers, driving technical solutions, ensuring code quality, and delivering scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of full-stack Java applications using modern frameworks and tools.
- Integrating low-code/no-code platforms for rapid prototyping and automation where applicable.
- Participate in solution design discussions and technical reviews.
- Write clean, maintainable code and lead by example in implementing best coding practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack frontend, backend, and cloud.
- Mentor junior developers and perform regular code reviews to maintain quality standards.
