MDM Team Lead - Material Master Domain

Responsibilities

Manage the team of 14 data stewards responsible for governance and maintenance of material master data. i.e. FINI, RAW, PACK

Manage day-to-day operations of the team: team meetings, daily KPIs, quality monitoring of the work done by the team

Coach and develop the team

Responsible, together with the team, to be the Single Point of Contact and escalation channel for business for Operations issues

Manage escalation process of team issues raised by business

Conduct root cause analysis for the recurring escalations and errors reported in process and ensure to execute CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) for errors identified.

Continued focus on standardization and optimization to drive optimization and customer satisfaction

Monitor and improve data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in ERP systems

Support Projects and Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with business stakeholders, IT, and data governance teams to resolve issues and support initiatives.

Customer Service mindset with excellent customer service skills.

React to business changes, optimize processes, simplify workload, identify risks and alert in time

Educational Level:

Post-Graduation in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, IT or equivalent work experience

Working Experience:

Minimum 10 years overall experience with 5 years experience in MDM related function and 2 years in people manager role

Experience in managing operations teams (delivery within SLAs) and leadership skills

Experience in MDM application systems as key user (preferably SAP and SAP MDG)

Expertise in SAP Material Master data (MM)

Fluent in both written and oral English

Proficient in SAP, MDG, ServiceNow

Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power Bi
