Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead MDM programs and initiatives across master/reference data domains.
Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models, including dimensions, hierarchies, and identity resolution.
Implement and manage data quality, profiling, reconciliation, and exception workflows.
Collaborate with Data Engineering, Governance, Security, Reporting, Analytics, and Data Product teams to ensure end-to-end data integrity.
Work with business owners and stewards to obtain domain sign-offs and resolve exceptions.
Ensure MDM implementation meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
Monitor KPIs, including duplicate reduction, DQ pass rates, exception resolution time, and data lineage coverage.
