This is a full-time on-site position for a Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist located in Noida. The MDM Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing data quality initiatives, leading data integration efforts, developing policies for data management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. The role requires active problem-solving, data cleansing, and maintaining a centralized repository of enterprise data.

• Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Integration, and Data Quality Management
• Proficiency in analyzing, cleansing, validating, and mapping data
• Experience working with MDM tools and platforms, data modeling, and SQL
• Knowledge of data governance, data privacy regulations, and compliance best practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in the education or technology sector is a plus
