JOB DESCRIPTION
- Good understanding of Microsoft Autopilot and Intune is required.
- Knowledge of Windows 11 deployment and upgrade strategies.
- Understanding of Windows Update for Business, update rings and patch management via Intune.
- Experience in configuration management using configuration profiles and other Intune features.
- Understanding of compliance policies for Windows and mobile devices.
- Knowledge and experience in managing security settings like Bitlocker, security baseline and other security features via Intune
- Application deployment for Windows and mobiles devices via Intune.
- Knowledge and understanding of app protection and configuration policies.
- Reporting using Intune and Endpoint Analytics.
- Experience with Windows and mobile device management using Intune.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID.
- Understanding of conditional access policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Scripting tool knowledge ( PowerShell or any scripting tool )
Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing Microsoft Autopilot, SCCM/MECM and Intune environment.
- Developing and enhancing deployment strategies for Windows 11 using Autopilot.
- Patch management of Windows devices using Intune.
- Managing application installations and upgrades for Windows devices.
- Managing application installations and upgrades for mobile devices.
- Managing configuration of mobile and Windows devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Creating and managing Intune device compliance policies.
- Troubleshooting any issues related to application deployment, patching, policy compliance and security configurations.
- Troubleshooting any issues related to Autopilot and Intune environment.
- Periodic review of Intune configuration and policies to identify areas for improvement.
- Explore and evaluate new Intune features to identify applicability in client environment.
