Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and implement mobile device management solutions using various tools and technologies.
• Develop and maintain documentation for mobile device management processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mobile devices with existing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile device management.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with mobile device management policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users on mobile device management best practices.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mobile device management principles and practices.
• Experience with Airwatch, MSIntune, and Mobile Device Manager (MDM).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
