Industry & Sector: Healthcare Multi-speciality hospital / Clinical services. We operate a busy on-site tertiary care facility serving an urban population in South West Delhi, located opposite Palam Metro Station. This role is ideal for hands-on clinicians who thrive in high-volume emergency, inpatient and outpatient settings.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-contact clinical care: triage, assess, stabilise and manage emergency and routine inpatient cases across multiple specialties.
  • Conduct regular ward rounds, monitor vital parameters, manage admissions and co-ordinate timely discharges in line with consultant guidance.
  • Perform essential clinical procedures including IV cannulation, venipuncture, wound suturing and basic airway management when required.
  • Interpret ECGs, order and review investigations, and escalate critically ill patients to specialty teams per protocol.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the hospital EMR, prepare prescriptions and discharge summaries.
  • Participate in on-call rosters, handovers and multidisciplinary meetings; ensure adherence to hospital infection control and emergency protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • MBBS qualification with valid NMC/MCI registration.
  • Clinical experience as an RMO or equivalent in a multi-speciality hospital (experience with emergency/ward duties).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Proven ability in emergency patient assessment and basic procedures (IV access, venipuncture, wound care).
  • Proficiency in ECG interpretation and ordering/reviewing common investigations.
  • Experience using Electronic Medical Records and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Preferred

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Prior exposure to high-volume emergency or critical care triage and stabilisation.
  • Prior experience working in Delhi/NCR multi-speciality hospitals or familiarity with local referral networks.
