Glasafe is pleased to announce its first MBA Summer Internship Program for 2026.
As a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand in the Home & Kitchen category, Glasafe specializes in premium glass bottles, lunch boxes, containers, bowls, and coffee mugs. The company is currently experiencing growth of approximately 30% month-on-month and is in a rapid scale-up phase, investing in structured operations, data analytics, AI-led decision systems, and scalable backend processes.
The objective of this internship program is to provide MBA students with high-impact exposure to real business challenges. Selected candidates will work closely with the Founder in a one-to-one setup, contributing directly to strategic initiatives that influence revenue, margins, operational efficiency, and growth scalability.
Project 1 - AI Implementation & Business Intelligence :
- Identification of high-impact AI use cases (RTO prediction, demand forecasting, repeat probability scoring)
- Data audit and structuring for AI readiness
- Building pilot predictive/scoring models (Excel-based / No-code AI tools)
- Designing CRM automation and abandoned cart optimization systems
- Developing a structured 90-day AI implementation roadmap
- Quantifying ROI impact on CAC, margins, repeat %, and operational efficiency.
INTERNSHIP DETAILS
Location: Kolkata (On-site)
Duration: 34 Months
Stipend: INR 10,000 15,000 per month (depending on interview performance) Reporting: Directly to Co-Founder

PPO Consideration: Based on performance and business requirement
