Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven MBA (Marketing) fresher to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates who have a basic understanding of marketing concepts and are familiar with tools like Salesforce CRM and HubSpot. You will support marketing campaigns, lead management, and customer engagement activities while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Work on lead generation and lead nurturing activities
- Manage and update data in CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot
- Support email marketing, social media, and digital campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Coordinate with sales and business teams for lead follow-ups
- Assist in content creation, presentations, and marketing materials
Required Skills:
- MBA in Marketing (Freshers can apply)
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
