About the Opportunity
We are inviting applications from MBA freshers who are eager to gain real-time exposure in Operations and Business Analytics. This internship provides an excellent platform to learn from experienced professionals, work on live projects, and contribute to process improvement and data-driven initiatives within the organization.
Please note: This is a temporary internship opportunity. Conversion to an on-roll position will be based purely on performance, business requirement, and role availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities across departments.
- Collect, clean, and analyze business data to generate insights for decision-making.
- Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers.
- Assist in process mapping, optimization, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs and identify improvement areas.
- Present findings and data visualizations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI / Tableau / SQL is an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet timelines.
Eligibility
- Qualification: MBA (Operations / Analytics / General Management / Systems / Business Analytics).
- Experience: Freshers (2024 or 2025 batch preferred).
