Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd. (KAFL) is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), incorporated in 1994 and registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) since 1999. KAFL is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Atul Auto Limited, a leading three-wheeler manufacturer in India. The company primarily focuses on vehicle financing, especially three-wheelers, and operates as the captive financing arm of Atul Auto Ltd. KAFL has a strong network of over 100 branches across 14 states, with a major presence in Gujarat and Bihar.

We are looking for MBA Finance Freshers who are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in the NBFC and vehicle finance sector. The selected candidates will be trained across various finance-related functions and will support day-to-day financial and operational activities.

• Assist in loan processing, documentation, and verification
• Support financial analysis and basic MIS reporting
• Coordinate with sales, credit, and collection teams
• Maintain records related to disbursement, repayment, and customer data
• Assist in reconciliation of accounts and financial data
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI guidelines
• Perform other finance and back-office related tasks as assigned

• MBA in Finance (Freshers only)
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and banking concepts
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office (basic to intermediate level)
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the NBFC domain

• Basic knowledge of financial statements
• Understanding of loans, EMI calculations, and interest concepts
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
