Job Description

End to end recruitment
Designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy.
Co-ordinating with placement consultants in getting the right candidates.
Screening resumes
Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
create and maintain the skill mapping of all resources who are a part of the Proficiency
Ensure timely fulfilment of all resource needs of the Delivery teams through:
External hiring.
