We are seeking a skilled Maximo Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IBM Maximo development, with the ability to design, customize, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Maximo applications and solutions.
- Customize Maximo components to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Maximo environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Maximo functionalities.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in IBM Maximo development and implementation.
- Strong understanding of Maximo modules and architecture.
- Proficiency in Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and Maximo Scripting.
- Experience with Java, SQL, and XML.
- Knowledge of database management systems, preferably Oracle or SQL Server.
- Ability to write and optimize queries for performance.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
