Position: Mathematics Teacher

Location: Noida, India

Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging mathematics curriculum for 9th to 12th grades.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student participation and enthusiasm for mathematics.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and technologies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support student growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and enhance the overall educational experience.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and innovations in mathematics education.
  • Contribute to extracurricular activities, including math clubs, competitions, and community outreach programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Teaching certification or license in secondary education (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
  • Strong understanding of mathematics curriculum standards and assessment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum IB/Cambridge experience: 5 years
  • IB/Cambridge training preferred
