Position: Mathematics Teacher
Location: Noida, India
Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging mathematics curriculum for 9th to 12th grades.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student participation and enthusiasm for mathematics.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and technologies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support student growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and enhance the overall educational experience.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and innovations in mathematics education.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, including math clubs, competitions, and community outreach programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or license in secondary education (or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level.
- Strong understanding of mathematics curriculum standards and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum IB/Cambridge experience: 5 years
- IB/Cambridge training preferred
